New to Greenville I figured I’d take my 2004 XC90 to mechanics that should know how to fix their brand rather than some chain or some neighborhood shop, was I WRONG!!! I initially took the car in for an over all diagnosis and would eventually get things on that list serviced. I have been looking to purchase a Volvo XC 40, I found one on True Cars. It was located at Volvo of Greenville. I was contacted by a sales rep Shawni S****, who sent me photos of the car, with a description, I was interested and made an appointment to drive from Atlanta, Ga to Greenville to see the car. I also, communicated with Carlos O*****, the finance manager, about price and finance etc. I drove up, in the rain to be told the Shawni S**** was not in, they did not have that car on the lot, and had no idea about it. I've purchased over 14 vehicles in the past 10 years. my purchasing experience with Volvo of Greenville has been by far the worst. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. The lack of communication coupled with straight out lies from the sales associate and sales manager made for a horrific experience. To top things off, once I received the car, I found that the front tires had not been replaced as agreed by the sales associate.
