Always great service...
I had a very disappointing experience at this Service Center.If I could give different rating other than 1 star I would give negative 5 stars. I scheduled an oil change appointment in advance, but when I arrived, they told me they couldn’t service my car because they were too busy with other vehicles. After speaking with the manager, they said they could service my car, but I’d need to wait 4-5 hours, which was completely unacceptable. I left my new Volvo at the shop for a software update and a customer (from another shop) grazed my bumper while it was under the care of the Ourisman Volvo Service Center. Leo Bethancourt and his team handled everything without question. They took care of the insurance claim and coordinated with the Body Shop. A loaner was provided while the repairs were made. While inconvenient and unfortunate, they made the best of the situation and owned the problem, which I greatly appreciate.
