I just bought my Volvo this week from another dealership, but brought it to Ourisman in Bethesda for a recall. This was the only service center with availability in the time frame I needed. My experience was great! Malcolm made sure that my vehicle was getting everything done that it was due for and coordinated a Lyft for me home and back in the afternoon to pick up the car. Grossly overcharge. Claim it takes 5 hours of labor to replace an O2 sensor. Also marking up the cost of Volvo parts as much as double. I left with only paying the diagnostic fee, which is also over priced and they didn’t inform me of the cost of that. Quite unprofessional and do not do business in good faith. They wanted $1500+ for the job. I got it done for $400 at an honest business instead. Part included.
