Great service and personal interaction. Car looked and drove great after service. Car was showing fault codes on the drive home. Needed to do a system reset myself to be able to resolve.
I had the 60,000 km service on my Polestar 2 done at Volvo Newcastle yesterday. When I went to pick it up, Ben, the service manager, told me there was a problem regarding what should have been a free warranty service. Because my odometer reading was at nearly 62,000 km, Polestar Australia was refusing to pay for it. Ben therefore wanted me to pay the full cost (~$400) myself. I had an urgent issue with my car that severely limits my ability to use my car and all I needed was for it to be put on the diagnostic computer but they can’t get me in for 2 months. I’d look elsewhere.
