Worst Volvo Dealership in Australia. Time wasting, unorganised, rude, unhelpful. Take your money and don’t help you. Never buy a car from this dealership, Mat salesman is so unhelpful so rude and refuses to help his customers. Nickolas hides out the back and when asked to help you says you can leave if ya like. Went to collect my new car yesterday for 1pm settlement, to arrive and be told that my new car is not ready, will need to go to work shop and get safety certificate and be detailed cleaned for settlement at 1pm mind you it was 12:40pm. I was told at 9am from Alesia that the car was detailed and had been workshop tested. To come at 1pm and collect. Don’t arrive early lol. I had just commuted 2.5 hours from Sydney.
