Chris and the service team are always professional and amazingly helpful. Attentive, great guidance with my additional requirements and always delivered with a smile.
Although I remain irritated that Volvo summarily shut down the Central Coast showroom and service centre which means I now have to drive to either Newcastle or Sydney to get my vehicle serviced, the team at Newcastle are very professional, thorough and prompt once the service is booked in.
Service staff were very helpful and courteous. Everything was so well organised even down to a cup of tea and a biscuits. Chris was most helpful explaining the battery issue and organised the replacement. I had organised a loan vehicle and I had the ex30, I'm converted, the electric volvo was a breeze to drive. I'll be putting in my order for the ex60 next year. Thanks Volvo team.

First time servicing my Volvo at Volvo Newcastle, handed over my key at 9:30am. Well received at the reception, my service manager took me thru the procedure and told me to be back 1pm, the car was ready 12:45pm. Top Notch..!
