As first time owner of a Volvo and in this case a XC60, the experience from browsing to signing the paperwork was a very easy process. Alex did a great job explaining all the vehicle features and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very pleasant to deal with.
I worked with Jordan Lorette to help find me a used vehicle and he was amazing to work with. Very responsive and accomodating to all of my requests and was able to answer all of my questions. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from a different location, but I didn't want to let my great experience with Jordan go unrecognized.
