⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jamie Sugar provided excellent service at Volvo Mont Royal ! Very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Jamie for a smooth and pleasant car-buying experience!
Sent my car to Volvo Mont-Royal via roadside assistance. Since they did not have a loaner for me, the advisor told me to get a rental at Enterprise and they would reimburse. 6 months later the amount has yet not been reimbursed, they offered me credit in store instead for less than what the rental cost. Ridiculous customer service - very frustrating. Careful with this dealer - seems dishonest and shows total absence of services and follow ups on their end.
Great service and very welcoming. Our test drive was low pressure and was worth the drive from Ottawa
