This was supposed to be my very first Volvo, and I was deeply disappointed by the experience here. They had at least 10 days to prepare the CPO vehicle, yet delivered it with rusty brake discs below Volvo's inspection standards. (Another Volvo dealership replaced them under warranty immediately without any questions, proving this location just didn't care). We have had a Volvo for 10 years. I just bought a new one and Emmanuel was very helpful and made us feel first class. A nice touch was that the car was under a cover in the showroom when we picked it up. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I look forward to many more years of excellent service.
