Very rude service manager. They want to take every penny off you and charge for smallest of things. Dint expect from such a good brand name dealership. Disappointed
I visit a lot of dealerships to get cars serviced. Volvo is probably the best in customer service, and they go above and beyond for sure. Omar was great, kept me in the loop daily on the status of my repairs. Thank you.
Not the greatest experience I was expecting from Vinh Had 5PM appointment Had a test drive And then I was kept waiting for more than half an hour when I was told that he will be back in 5 minutes. After I tried reaching him through front desk, I was told he will be back in couple minutes and he shows up after 10 minutes. And then I left. Please don’t take appointments if cant attend properly. Recently took my Volvo to their service centre and I was blown away by how friendly, informative and professional their service was. Having only used another Volvo dealer in the past, this experience was night and day. They were in constant contact with me throughout the repair and explained any costs that I would incur along the way. Big shutout out to Josh and Omar for all their hard work. Thanks!
