NOT ABLE TO SERVICE MY VOLVO BECAUSE I WOULNT BUY THE INSURANCE PITCH
I’ve been here three times since purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and I’ve had issues all three times. Terrible service and zero willingness to take ownership and correct any of the issues. In my recent encounter they placed the wrong tires on my car even though I made it a point to verify it was the correct tire three different times. Volvo was truly the best service experience I've ever had and I used to work in the car service industry. Mike Heffinger took care of me and was incredibly kind and helpful. He made sure to keep me updated and informed while it was in their care (which wasn't necessary an easy task as I'm I teacher and can't have my phone on me for most of the day). They were so much better to work with then the Carmax location I bought the car from and even put me in a very nice loaner vehicle. I like to work on my car as much as I can myse... read more
Poor service. The Broad Street location is more attentive and has better customer service.
