I’ve now had my car serviced twice and the team were exceptional. I’d like to recommend Meet Patel in particular who had an exceptional knowledge of the nuances of what was needed for my car. He created more work for himself to deliver excellent service and continuously followed up to manage my expectations and ultimately had a tow bar installed that exceeded my expectations. I’m an ex BMW, Land Rover and Tesla customer that is now very pleased with my plug in hybrid Volvo

It is bitterly disappointing the level of service experienced at this dealership. I have never had these experiences with Volvo South Yarra or any other dealership. It’s especially ironic given ‘safety’ is one of their core values. My EX30 has experienced several small issues , and for fun is also one of the cars that has been under a federal recall since January this year.
