Love my Volvo XC40 but not overly impressed with the service here. Staff seem to act like I’m doing them a favour by bringing my car here, basics of customer service appear to be lacking. Going elsewhere for my next service
I bought a used car and immediately noticed the door lock was damaged. When I contacted the dealership, they accused someone else of breaking into the car, even though it was securely parked at home. I asked them properly to fix the issue and provided evidence, but it’s been over a year and I still haven’t received a proper reply. Extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Would not recommend.
