I had such an outstanding experience with Volvo Cars Manhattan service department. I initially scheduled service because my low coolant light came on. They made the entire process seamless by picking up my vehicle directly from my home, which was incredibly convenient. It turned out the coolant issue was just a software glitch. However, my service advisor, Jahbari, truly went above and beyond. While bringing my car in, he noticed an unusual noise and took the initiative to investigate further. I went in this past Thursday just looking to TEST DRIVE the 2023 xc40 that I had interest in. Once we met Rainier, we were met with exceptional service! Not only was he incredibly nice, but offered amazing customer service making us feel welcome, heard, and ready to walk out with a car!
