When I brought my car in, they told me it was still under warranty. A week later, they called me and said the car was actually not under warranty, and that I would need to pay almost $4,000 to get it fixed. Kim and her detailing team did a superb job returning my brand new Volvo to its original gorgeous condition (after the garage I park in had some sort of leak from the ceiling that damaged the roof—glass and paint). A huge relief—and stellar customer service!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Volvo / Polestar Manhattan’s service department is an absolute disaster. They take your car and then flat-out tell you they won’t even look at it for 72 hours. No loaner available, but instead they “set you up” with a Hertz rental that’s a $35+ Uber ride away, only for Hertz to tell you they were never notified, so you waste even more time calling back and forth.
