After being treated like an inconvenience and taken as a fool at another dealership in town (so nice they named it twice), I was blown away at how low-stress and accommodating Mall of Georgia Volvo service was. Excellent service, excellent customer service
True professionals at this location. Meticulously worked on my vehicle to fix sensors error. They made a video and text me the clip to show everything working in perfect order and had my car ready in good timing. Having had a bad experience at another Volvo dealership service department I can say, this is the only place I’ll ever bring my Volvo to get serviced.
We gladly drive an hour each way to have our two Volvos regularly serviced by Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. The department is efficiently run by an incredibly pleasant, professional, and reliable staff. We have had no problems arranging for a loaner car when needed, and we always appreciate their clear and prompt communication throughout the service process.
