I had a scheduled appointment. I arrived prior to the appointment and then sat in the service lane for 32 minutes without being acknowledged. After 32 minutes, I cranked up my vehicle and drove off.
The guy in the service department was somewhat rude I waited 4 hours for an oil change. Coming O'Steen Volvo in Jacksonville this place leaves much to be desired.
Love this place so much I don't think I'll buy another car anywhere else. Attentive service and ver knowledgeable staff plus great inventory.

It's literally one of the best Volvo dealerships in NJ. The minute you walk in you feel like family. The customer service is beyond words. #Volvoforlife

The service dept is incompetent with the possible exception of Jessica. If you're looking to buy tho, ask for Hume.
