Avoid them — they play games just to drain your wallet. I took my Volvo to their shop to replace a flat tyre. The market cost of the tyre, including labour, was around $535. Unfortunately, I had no other option but to go to their workshop, as my insurance only covered towing once. They checked the price of the tyre and told me, "If you want it at market price, you'll need to wait two weeks. Otherwise, we can replace it in two days for $820." Disappointed as the used car sales people may be using the incorrect app or they don't know the cars. I was told the car model I am claiming is not the correct one. Keyless entryis not there, the seats are normally leather not fabric trim. etc etc . I was offered to price it for a lower model as Acsent sport. Mind it this car has been serviced every year by Toyota. The service books has mentioned clearly what car model it is. Please do your homework instead of thinking customers are fool to buy the car in cheaper price.... read more
