Brought my V60 from their dealership in devonport, amazing service from start to fininsh. But New Cars in Launceston are a joke, arrogant tells you he will call when the car is in and never did, was ready to buy with my trade in there twice but first time to busy. I live 2.5 hours away what a waste off time.
Mike at Volvo Launceston was extremely helpful with buying interstate. From answering the thousand questions we had to video calling showing the car. Mike was fantastic. Thank you Mike and Volvo Cars Launceston!
Great car, Service was ok. Buckby motors / Volvo advertise they have a pick up service from the airport for interstate buyers, did not disclose its only M-F service until after i booked a weekend flight. Was told there was a bottle of sparkling wine with the purchase but never recieve it.

After much searching around we came across an XC40 Recharge we really liked. The only problem was we are in Brisbane and the car was in Launceston. Our worries were for nothing as Mike and his great team were more than happy to answer all our (probably annoying) questions, work with the Novated Lease company, organise paint/interior protection extras and arrange transport to QLD.
