Kevin was great. Very relatable, and down to earth. was honest about the vehicle and it seems the management is very respectful. Dealership provides a very premium customer experience compared with most other brands dealers ive dealt with As a Value focus customer. Their selection has more then enough below market prices, they have great rates, as of 2026 anyhoo If you want a better purchasing experience I'd recommend you check them out 100%., The warranty guy is a little too persistent.. but they gotta make money somewhere ... read more

Straight up, I don’t like buying new vehicles. I contact Kevin via volvo Lakeridge contact page and told him that I just wanted a no hassle, no upsell, no extended warranty, etc sales pitch. I just wanted a out the door number for a vehicle they had in stock and trade my jeep Sarah. Within 48hrs, several phone and email and pictures of our jeep the deal was done.
