We made an appointment to test drive an EX30. Paulina greeted us immediately on our arrival and had the car ready to go. She walked us through all of the features and answered all of our questions before our test drive. She was incredible supportive of my personal circumstances and went above and beyond to address our concerns without making us feel pressured to make a decision before we were ready. It was an exceptional experience and I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Paulina!
Rob did a phenomenal job taking care of my damaged tire and rims as well as the car in general. He kept the pressure up until everything got fixed while providing me with timely updates. Thanks Rob for going above and beyond
Bruce was a phenomenal! He took the time to explain my requested service line by line to ensure I understood and agreed with tasks. Additional maintenance recommendations was fully justified with supporting diagnostic data and again thoroughly explained. Thank you kindly for details and friendliness 🙂
Percy and Hussain were very helpful with my key fob battery.
