We’ve been so pleased with our Volvo service lately. We couldn’t be happier with the changes made. From the friendly voices who answer the phones to the smiling faces when you walk in the door, I can tell you from past experiences it hasn’t always been this way. The biggest improvement has been adding Jeff to the team. He is personable and professional. He takes time with each customer and explains things in a respectful manner. Thank you!
I just want to say how amazing the service manager was Jason H. My check engine light went on and the service department got me right in. Jason went above and beyond to ensure that the issue with my car was resolved. He was so kind and helpful, I could see that the department was busy, they still got me in, and gave me amazing service!
