I recently took my vehicle to Volvo Cars Hamilton for its yearly service and had a very good experience overall. The staff was professional and the process was smooth and efficient. While the comfortable waiting lounge with coffee and drinks was appreciated, having a loaner vehicle would be much more convenient. Everything was handled clearly and on time.
