Very friendly, trustworthy and reliable.
I brought my 2022 Volvo XC40 Recharge to the Oakville Volvo location due to a vibration when driving around 70–80 km/h. The technicians told me the issue was likely the tires, so I agreed to have two replaced. When I picked up the car, the problem persisted. After inspecting the vehicle at home, I realized the tires had not actually been changed despite being charged for them. I dealt with Alexis and Mark in the service dept and the service was excellent. She took care of everything and was in constant communication with me. The loaner they provided while my car was being worked on was a newer vehicle and great !

The cars are, of course, beautiful but more importantly, the staff were kind, patient and forthcoming with information. The team was friendly and fair, while living up to the luxurious brand. In particular, shout out to Mark, in Service and Brandon, the General Manager.
