I dealt with Alexis and Mark in the service dept and the service was excellent. She took care of everything and was in constant communication with me. The loaner they provided while my car was being worked on was a newer vehicle and great !

The cars are, of course, beautiful but more importantly, the staff were kind, patient and forthcoming with information. The team was friendly and fair, while living up to the luxurious brand. In particular, shout out to Mark, in Service and Brandon, the General Manager.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Came in to have car serviced after Newmarket dealership through up their hands and said “sorry you bought the car in Hamilton you need to go back to them” 😳I was quite shocked. Phoned Hamilton Volvo spoke with Bryson who listened to me and acted quickly and respectfully and I was booked in for service the following week.
