I really thought the old school car sales tactics of the past had gone but not at Volvo Cars Geelong. My Dad who is in his late 70’s wanted to trade his car in for a new Volvo. He rang them and told the salesperson what car he had and what car he wanted. He wasn’t happy with the first couple of offers but when the salesperson rang back and offered another price that my Dad was happy with and to come down and do the deal. Tried to book the xc60 in for a service - left a message twice - SO HARD!!!! No phone call vack! TOO hard and it shouldn't be! Just went to Melbourne where we bought the car from ! Won't be getting another volvo! We have no dealership in Ballarat!
