I recently purchased a XC90 from Five Docks plus being based in WA. It was a very easy process, the car was shown to me via live video, and before being transported over they showed a video of the car for proof purposes. The transport process was very quick, right on 2 weeks from settlement. Worst customer service ever! Had my car for over a month and despite stating it clearly, I never received a call from the service desk until after I lodged a customer complaint with Volvo Australia. Moreover, my car could not be fixed because "it is too old". Anyone considering buying a Volvo or has one that is more than 10 years old should seriously question whether their car is "too old", because if it is... Volvo may no longer make the part!
We had a great experience with Volvo and met Skye who did a fantastic job highlighting the features of the XC60. She even searched and found the exact exterior and interior colours I wanted and went the extra mile to ensure it could be obtained for us. We have never bought a Volvo before but Skye converted us and we are loving the car.
Recently purchased a XC90 and had one of the smooth & best customer service. Skye Hodson was exceptionally helpful in finding me the right car. Jayanth made finance options sound easy and Alexis was great in accommodating my request and doing the needful.
