The people were perfectly nice. However no loan car available, no immediate ride to the nearest station (I ended up on the bus), the street where you drop the car off has the largest building site you may ever encounter and nowhere to safely stop prior to Volvo opening meaning it is chaotic (limited in what Volvo can do here and I wouldn't expect that to be a problem in 12 months or so). Tesla give you an Uber voucher to get to where you need to be, Volvo should consider this.
I had a fantastic experience at Volvo Cars Five Dock. I was dealing with a frustrating mirror issue, and the team couldn't have been more helpful. Scott went out of his way to put me directly in touch with Dan, the technician, who was an absolute legend. Dan had the mirror fixed and back to 100% in just a few minutes.
