Very professional. They even send you a detailed video of the technician going over your car an what it needs.
Pretty disappointed with the way they’ve handled business. The temp plate I was issued expires on Monday, and after multiple calls, emails, and now texts, no one can tell me what is going on with the permanent plates—or if there’s another temp in the mail. Every time I call, I’m triaged two or three times before reaching an unnamed voicemail box. Emails haven’t been responded to.
