Had a minor issue related to my Volvo XC 90 and booked an appointment at Volvo Essondon. Met with Nathan the Volvo service advisor and had a great experience with him. He was carrying a full pack of knowledge and dealt with the situation very calmly and nicely. I would say 10/10 customer service served. Really appreciate your efforts Nathan. Stay blessed 🥂

Worst service centre ever. Damaged car and deny doing so. Car returned filthy.
I’ve tried repeatedly over the last six months to book a service, both by phone and email, with no response at all. Calls go unanswered and emails aren’t returned. I gave them a second chance after the first experience, but nothing changed. Disappointing service and lost my business as a result.
It was a great experience, massive shout out to Nathan who went aboye and beyond he explained all the work that was done during the service of my Volvo S60. Keep the great work guys!!!
