Great service from the staff.
I tried to book for servicing. Left message. No call back almost weeks now. I randomly call them and leave message. Again no call back. Looks like they dont need my business
I do not recommend the Volvo service centre in Essendon. Stay far away. We brought our 2022 Volvo XC40 in for its 45k/kms log book service, expecting professional care (our car has only done 27k/kms at this point). At pickup after the servicing was complete, the concierge assured us the car was in good condition. But a couple of days later, the rear brakes started making a crunching noise. Great service, I misbooked my general service, for my Volvo and after calling around to Volvo service centres Nathan was able to fit me in same day! Excellent service, and returned the car same day aswell. Thank you!
