Travelling 1.5 hours to the Essendon centre for services and repairs, on both our XC40 and XC90 cars. I am always treated well by the Volvo Team. Nathan is outstanding in his professionalism and cant do enough to make our experience dealing with Volvo enjoyable. Highly recommend them for all Volvo services.
Had a minor issue related to my Volvo XC 90 and booked an appointment at Volvo Essondon. Met with Nathan the Volvo service advisor and had a great experience with him. He was carrying a full pack of knowledge and dealt with the situation very calmly and nicely. I would say 10/10 customer service served. Really appreciate your efforts Nathan. Stay blessed 🥂

Worst service centre ever. Damaged car and deny doing so. Car returned filthy.
