Josh or Jason whoever answered the phone in service was rude and not helpful. I asked to drop my car off for service and a recall and leave it a couple days. I requested a rental in the meantime and he was short with me and gave me short one word responses! I was given a rental car last time I was there. Disappointed is an understatement. I was thinking of purchasing a new Volvo but will not be doing that now.

Do you know what is awesome, when you spend $70,000 on a car and you get it serviced at Dublin Volvo and they are out of rentals. That is fine. First come first serve. BUT, if you ask to take one of the 100 cars on the lot out to go to Denica's for some food, they say no, we do not rent them out that way. Volvo xc40 is a horrible car
I was not happy at all how the service technician Wes handled my concerns about my keys when I brought my car into the shop to have the electrics in the back seat door reattached after a previous service appointment. (Another issue) Wes brushed my concern with my keys off to sales. So not only did I have to bring my car into the shop and leave it all day to reattach the electronics in the door, when I returned to pick it up he hadn’t dealt with the keys so we had to sit around while it was trying to be figured out.
