what a great service at Volvo village in Danvers, Pat the service manager deserve more than 5 star, and the rest of the staff are great, they explain everything and they took the time to make sure that everything is covered, i would decently recommend
Do not go here for service unless you want to pay double, including from other Volvo dealers. Not transparent on pricing or truthful about timing. Don’t be fooled by Gordon’s accent and niceties.
This place is just awful. Have never had a good experience, and the people who work here are SO unpleasant and rude. I absolutely don’t trust their assessments or recs. Yet time and time again I have to bring my car here (because there’s always a problem with my car, and always problems that *must* be taken care of by the dealership). Will never own a Volvo again largely because of this dealership. Such a mess.
As far as I’m concerned the service department at Volvo Danvers is top notch. I have dealt with Gordon Stewart, service writer, from my very first visit and he has never been anything but kind and professional. He always takes the time to answer, any and all, questions relying on his many years of experience. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased my vehicle from them just five months ago with approximately 12,000 miles on it. I brought it in for the complimentary scheduled service and oil change, expecting a routine visit. After having my vehicle for nearly six hours, I was told it was “dangerous to drive” and that I needed new tires at a cost of more than $300 per tire.
