We had a very disappointing experience at the Volvo dealership in Los Cerritos with salesman Francisco. When we arrived, he immediately told us to sit in the office and started asking about colors and options without showing us the vehicle. When I asked to see the car, he seemed surprised and pointed to it from a distance. I visited this dealership to test drive a pre-owned Volvo XC60, but the experience was unfortunately highly disappointing. During discussions, the sales representative made inaccurate claims regarding my trade-in vehicle's accident history, claiming it to be on the Carfax report . Because I had the official Carfax report in hand, I was able to verify that these claims were entirely false (there were accidents but rep quoted more accidents than the report showed).
