Went in to explore the EX30 for my parents and the staff were quite friendly. Dan explained me about the car and even offered to send me on a test drive. Wasn’t planning to buy yet but after the drive, my parents will be picking their new Volvo in the coming months. The worst service centre I have ever encountered. Ended up selling my car so id never have to deal with them again. Would strongly warn anyone considering buying a Volvo in Canberra to read all the recent one star reviews, and steer clear.
