Really nice cars, service and communication is below average.
Purchased my EX30 twin EV June 2024. Been into servicing and parts department a few times during 12-15 month period to discuss and buy accessories. Staff were great, pleasant, and happy to spend time and review options and fit to my car on the day or when the product arrived. Very happy! Great customer service!
New owners (Eagers group) but still poor communication, didn't let me know they hadn't completed the requested fixes until I'd arrived to pick up my car, and over a week later still haven't called me back to book in again to finish the work.
