Service Centre review - abysmal customer service. Nothing, including safety faults, are treated with any urgency. Every staff member we have been in contact with in the service area has a lack of care. Feeling deep regret having purchased a brand new Volvo - not only with the increasing list of faults, but also the lack of customer service.
Must be under new management, the people service was poor, didn't seem to know what he was doing. Cost has always been higher but seems to have jumped again, happy to pay higher price for quality service, not poor service. Replaced brakes and within a week front brakes squeaking and grinding, called up and they had to put me on hold as he couldn't see work on the brakes in the system. Finally found and for the price I paid I expected both front and rear but it was only rear brakes they replaced. Oh, and car not washed, use t... read more

Extremely poor service at the Volvo Canberra Service Department compared to the service I receive for my other car at Audi Canberra. I had an issue where the car bricked its self on multiple occasions and I felt that I received attitude from the person at the service desk when I dropped it off and when I picked up the car I was rudely told that the car needs to be driven more to prevent issues with the battery. The worst service department I have ever encountered. Strongly advise against buying a Volvo and ever having to deal with them. After reporting a major repair required under warranty a month ago, it took them 2 weeks to even look at the car. After a service was performed I was advised that in order to perform the major repair, a part must be ordered and the car had to be brought back in another 2 weeks.
