Ended up selling my fairly new Volvo, at a loss, just so I would never have to deal with this service centre again. Do not buy a Volvo in Canberra unless you want the one star service consistently experienced by reviewers.
Poor service. They don’t answer their phone. Their services are not thorough. Unhelpful staff and not in keeping with the price you pay for their cars. Seems I am one of many who thinks this.
Our experience with Volvo Cars Canberra following a catastrophic engine failure of our 2020 Volvo XC40 was deeply disappointing. After the sudden failure at approximately 51,171 km, despite a full Volvo service history and no warning signs, the dealership provided conflicting and subsequently retracted diagnoses (even accusing us of using contaminated fuel).
