Austin and Mark are great! I purchased my car from them. I had been shopping all over the tri state area and Mark gave me the best deal. Austin was continuously in contact with me after I bought the car to make sure I had everything I needed. He got an extra key done for me complimentary. If you shop here you're in good hands!
Me and my wife bought a used Audi from dealership. Salesman was in Good order. We never received a hello or greeting from sales manager while on site major room for improvement.The car itself was good overall mechanically but the pre sale details was horrible, engine compartment dirty trunk dirty and headliner once back in Virginia paid $200 to have car professionally detailed. Mentioned multiple times in phone conversation to salesman attention to detail and being mechanically sounds was a big deal. Room for improvement.
We had a good experience buying a car from the Annapolis Volvo Used Car Dealer. They are not in the same location as the Volvo Dealership but close by. The sales team did a great job of explaining the pricing and worked with us to get a good price. Eli was there the whole time in helping us with our new car.
