I hope this review helps prospective Volvo customers considering the ES90 in Australia. Firstly, I love my ES90 Ultra. It is an excellent car and fantastic value. I rang and booked a test drive for the EX30 Cross Country. Paddy (salesman) was amazing, extremely knowledge about the functions and operations of Volvo electric vehicles and super passionate about cars. I found myself happily arranging to purchase the demo vehicle when I returned - they took my existing car and worked out a terrific finance arrangement (trade in and Volvo Finance for the balance). I tried to purchase a new car and was dismissed and patronised by Brian, despite being ready to buy that day.
Staff were ok. Came across a little rude. But helpful enough. Not sure if it's because I don't look like there regular customers. They appeared to be nicer when speaking with them.
I have waited almost two months to get my AC compressor replaced. When I initially contacted the Adelaide Service Centre (Paul) regarding the faulty AC compressor, I was informed that the part was not available in Australia and had to be ordered from Europe. I was told that, due to the war situation, it could take up to two months to arrive. In the meantime, I took my car in for a scheduled service. Unfortunately, that experience was also disappointing.
