Staff were ok. Came across a little rude. But helpful enough. Not sure if it's because I don't look like there regular customers. They appeared to be nicer when speaking with them.
I have waited almost two months to get my AC compressor replaced. When I initially contacted the Adelaide Service Centre (Paul) regarding the faulty AC compressor, I was informed that the part was not available in Australia and had to be ordered from Europe. Whilst the initial purchase and salesmen was very professional and a good experience. The after sales service and the product itself have been very disappointing. Our 2025 vehicles has been plagued with technical issues as well as Volvo Australia advising us to only use 70% of the product we purchased to reduce a potential fire risk (was told in January that a recall fix would be happening soon.
