Came in to test drive an SUV and had a great experience. Maria was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the process easy and comfortable. I’d highly recommend seeing her if you’re looking to buy a Volvo.
I would like to leave a review for Maria (or is it Marie?). I asked to test drive a Volvo a few weeks ago. She was the rudest salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. Maybe stop with the judgy looks and condescending comments if you actually want to make a sale? You’re a saleswoman. Act like one. Completely disgusting behaviour the way she was looking me up and down as if to say “you can’t afford this car” and refusing to answer any questions properly.
