There are many things that are wrong about the sales people in this dealership (as reflected in the other reviews too).They are biased based on how they treated my wife (person of color) and how their behavior was different towards me. Factually, Europeans in this age, do not know how to make a reliable EV and with this bias and attitude, certainly Chinese EVs and Teslas are the winners. How long will you guys last depending on old biases? Good luck!

I hope this review helps prospective Volvo customers considering the ES90 in Australia. Firstly, I love my ES90 Ultra. It is an excellent car and fantastic value. I rang and booked a test drive for the EX30 Cross Country. Paddy (salesman) was amazing, extremely knowledge about the functions and operations of Volvo electric vehicles and super passionate about cars.
