I have had many volvos, and it was always the best experience. This fastest volvo, both of our cars, are nightmares. Our dealership is in Farmington Hills, LA Fontaine. They will do nothing. They had our car for 3 weeks, and sent it back doing the same thing. My kid, who we bought the car for, cannot drive the rental, so I have to drive them back amd forth to college. WTH. DO NOT BUY A VOLVO!
Awful customer service at Volvo cars 800 number. Mike. Matt especially Matt. Zhiain another weird name zharlis and yet last two are offended when asked to spell their odd names. To jerk client around more they say it as fast as they can. Ignorant. Never got any results 3 weeks calling to get remote to start car. Now age 70yo I must go out in freezing bad weather to start car to warm up for medically ill roommate. Ignorant. Will never buy another volvo

I would like to voice my true loathing i have for your south Texas dealerships. Last night till this morning, I had the unfathomable experience, where i asked a salesperson to hold a car and send me the email to get started on purchase and I would head 1100 miles to pick up the vehicle for x mas eve and I get there to find out he choice because I am a disabled veteran or male or whatever to not send the email, not do the paperwork and took delight that I drove 17 hours to purchase a car so he could then try and switch me to ... read more
