DONT DO IT!! Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. Highly unprofessional, for such a “luxury” car brand the customer service is terrible. I spoke to Mike who refused to send me to a supervisor when asked. I wouldn’t recommend anyone a Volvo car nor Volvo customer service. The service matches the car. They both need extreme work and not worth the time.

Never buy a Volvo car…they are junk and do not stand behind their product, I complained about the suspension throughout the warranty period….parts were thrown at it…and right after the warranty expired…shocks were recommended to be replaced.
Interstate 80 West around 12:00 p.m. Sunday May 31st approximately 10 Mi before the mifflinville Maineville exit I had a truck go over the center line while passing into our lane of me and my son which I blared the horn then got passed him only to have one of your Volvo branded trucks carrying Volvos apparently do the same thing to me intentionally going over the center line and me and my son's Lane causing me to Swerve. If this is the type of POS you employ your company is definitely due for a lawsuit
