Good truck to bad the service dept lets the organisation down & I mean down. Doesn't matter what shift the service counter staff are useless , no customer skills what so ever. Leave you waiting & waiting . Dont let you know when your vechile is ready more important to them is getting to smoke o so they dont get held up by a customer wanting to get back on the road to make a living.
