I want to give a special shout out to Ben! He is the reason for the 5/5. He is one of the best guys around, and i appreciate everything he does.
They don’t cancel your memes when you ask them. I just found out they kept charging me even though i don’t even live in Dubuque. Bas service.
The gym itself is good the best in town I’d say but one problem remains as another member mentioned the same thing if you don’t cancel within the 30 day notice then they charge you again which is really bs if I’m being honest the whole point of cancelling it in the first place is cause I don’t have time to go so why charge again if I’m not gonna use it. You guys should change that policy as I’m probably not going to return back due to this issue.
5/5. Ben is awesome, remembers everyone's name and what's going on with them. Zack is a great personal trainer and knows this stuff. Equipment is great and I feel very welcome here
