One of the employees at the Cerritos branch was very unkind. He doesn't seem to have even the basic manners. He is bold enough to show the impression that he is ignoring his customers. Will he be able to do so even if the boss is right in front of his eyes?

Poor customer service. Short, snipped answers to regular questions and dismissive. You can get the same stuff anywhere else, with a better attitude.
