Paused membership for a few weeks since we were going to be gone for medical reasons. Had to pause over email, got confirmation but still kept getting charged. Called no answer, left a voicemail, no call back. Have been emailing for a few weeks to try and get it resolved but no one gets back to you, it's been since the end of July and we have been getting charged continuously without anyone trying to get it solved. Was one of my favorite gyms but can't trust a company that keeps charging your account without trying to resolv... read more

Impossible to cancel a membership. You go in and visit, they tell you to send an email. You send an email, you still get charged. You call, no one answers. You leave a voicemail, no one gets back to you. But don't worry, they have no problem continuing to charge you.

We were told when they tabled at our college that there was someone at the desk during business hours. No one is ever at this location I went 3 different times. Reached out by email and was told to go to the west valley location and I have called on numerous occasions through days and was not able to ever get a hold of someone.
