Equipment is dirty
Over 14 broken machines, that’s ridiculous! They invested in a new keyless entry but not into their equipment smh.
Very disappointed in the new app they require for keyless access. The app distinction is not their fault but to get a key chain fob you must pay for one. With their limited staffed hours you can be locked out of the gym if the app is not working.
Answer the phone
Has gone down hill considerably. Might as well open my own and create something that folks can actually enjoy again…
