Worst office staff I've ever experienced! I'm never one to even write reviews but the way I was treated this morning was ridiculous. Don't come with a digital insurance card which can be emailed to them for them to print - just as they COPY your insurance card in your hand. Would not listen to me on how I could send it, just told me to reschedule or pay. Take your time and energy somewhere else!

My first time visiting them. I went in after an MRI revealed fibroids. The 2nd front desk staff was pleasant but took her cues from the first, who called me back up so that I could “re-sign in on a different clipboard “ The wait was not bad. I was escorted to a room and seen by a nurse. The out pocket 205 dollars covered the following— * a conversation, blood pressure check, stepping on the weigh scale. HORRIBLE! I will NEVER use this place again. I had an exam with a culture. I never got a lab result but I sure got a bill about 3 months later. I called them to pay the bill and ask for my results. The phone service is horrible. They take forever to call you back. They WILL NOT take a payment over the phone and referred me to pay on their site but it takes you to PAYPAL. I refuse to use PAYPAL due to all the scam emails I get from them. I have a HSA account they can debit. They refuse. NO one wants to return my cal... read more
