Worst office staff I've ever experienced! I'm never one to even write reviews but the way I was treated this morning was ridiculous. Don't come with a digital insurance card which can be emailed to them for them to print - just as they COPY your insurance card in your hand. Would not listen to me on how I could send it, just told me to reschedule or pay. Take your time and energy somewhere else!
My first time visiting them. I went in after an MRI revealed fibroids. The 2nd front desk staff was pleasant but took her cues from the first, who called me back up so that I could “re-sign in on a different clipboard “ The wait was not bad. I was escorted to a room and seen by a nurse. The out pocket 205 dollars covered the following— * a conversation, blood pressure check, stepping on the weigh scale. HORRIBLE! I will NEVER use this place again. I had an exam with a culture. I never got a lab result but I sure got a bill about 3 months later. I called them to pay the bill and ask for my results. The phone service is horrible. They take forever to call you back. They WILL NOT take a payment over the phone and referred me to pay on their site but it takes you to PAYPAL. I refuse to use PAYPAL due to all the scam emails I get from them. I have a HSA account they can debit. They refuse. NO one wants to return my cal... read more
RecommendedDr. Vignali is wonderful and patient. I’m probably not the easiest patient, but his kindness and skill have improved my gyn care dramatically. The nurses are also caring, the office is clean and COVID-conscious.
Wonderful and caring physicians who truly care about your physical and mental well-being! I have been seen by Dr. Tapia for several years now, and she is always so attentive to my concerns and circumstances. She has seen me during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and now post-partum. Always implements and advises evidence-based practices, which gives me such peace of mind knowing I am in the best hands.
I was a patient of Dr Tapia’s since she took over the patients of Carl Schwenker when he retired. In June 2010 I saw Dr. Tapia for a lump in my breast. She ordered a diagnostic mammogram. I did that the morning of Friday, June 18 at Port orange Imaging. They also did a sonogram. The radiologist on duty, Dr. Gianni was called in and told me it looked very suspicious and I needed to schedule a biopsy immediately. He said the referring physician (Dr. Tapia) should do that.
