I went here years ago for a autism test and not only did the fiddle around with billing and take 800 dollars when they shouldn't have, they said I have NVLD and then the results papers rattled on and on about how a therapist plan for my depression. (Not what I'm paying you for.) And just said the two combined makes it look like depression, how convenient. Thanks for diagnosing me with Asperger's by a different name that nobody's heard of. I'm giving this five stars because 9-5 employees are working hard enough, and shouldn't be punished for critical reviews that are reflections of the companies with which they work. This is a critical review. This criticism is not about them. It's about insurance companies, and their shameless inability to service customers. They don't care about us in any capacity. I would just like to say thank you to Dr. Barnett and Dr. Parker for going the extra mile to see me, and care about my time that I was here. Both are compassionate humans and I can't say enough on how grateful and thankful I was.

Sharon Crane is it great therapist and very easy to talk to. The front desk team are very nice and helpful. They always seem to be in a good mood, which I appreciate as it lifts my mood as well.
