Everytime I come into my appointment Staff in the front desk, always are kind and respectful and see my primary, He listens to My concerns and cares for me with provider-patient confidentiality, integrity, and empathy. After COVID-19 Healthcare across Florida and other states have taken a Downward spiral, So it feels nice to have a provider who has maintained Excellent patient care With the upmost professionalism
Volusia Medical Center has always treated me good but unfortunately I use the one in the land at 850 N. Stone St. I experienced a horrible experience when I decided to come to the 711 Bevill Rd. location and dealt with Mr. Julian he spoke to me for five minutes thinking I was some guy Brian I told him I was Louie as he looked in the laptop and said oh there you are diagnosed me with a UTI which was false went to Advent health on Sunday as I’m still having all the same symptoms they did all the same tests and I have the flu a... read more
Wow! This place is really bad I called four times and was on hold for 4 minutes each time and then they hung up then when I finally got a hold of him the lady was rude and told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks for a new appointment I wouldn't suggest this place to take my worst enemy quick update after I posted this review somebody who could barely speak English called me and tried to talk to me about it tried to talk me into taking the review down imagine that
Andrew Granello, APRN, is an excellent provider who takes the time to listen and address all your concerns. He truly makes the world a better place.
Much better than the other location. Julian is great. He hears you and wants to help. And the personnel in the front are always nice and respectful.
