Loved it on vacation and plan on attending it again before vacation of next year.
My brand new white shoes got messed up by some guy selling shoe products so he cleans my shoe with a dirty brush he realizes and then I see him trying to cover it up by putting paint which is one of his products now I’m stuck with a tan shoe and a white one I want a brand new pair of shoes don’t go to these guys there products are whack! —> Shoe MGK
The Volusia Mall is Clean and hopping on the weekends! I like quieter shopping and it is nice having seating conveniently placed in the mall. The food court is at the Sears end, so if you're hungry, park near the old Sears Mall entrance.
The food court is my pet peeve!! The counter help is less anxious to wait on you until they are done with their own conversation....apparently I was a brother. Also, the fact they are too lazy to go get their serving trays they would rather watch you struggle to carry food to your table. When asked why they don’t use them, was told people don’t bring them back. The court consists of 6 food vendors & all trays are visible from each business. The kids area needs a deep cleaning, it reeks of urine. The carpets are in desperate need of a steam cleaning. As well as the seats for the adults, they show years of caked on dirt. I can only imagine what types of bacteria and diseases that are on the surface of everything that the children are touching...
This mall continues on a downward spiral. While never an A mall it once was a solid B.. now D. Worn looking, terrible tenant mix and unsafe.
RecommendedI'm not one for walking around in the heat, plus I have a little boy so we come to Volusia Mall a lot because it's the only indoor Mall in Volusia County and just makes me feel safe while shopping with my young Son. Great stores here! Torrid, Hot Topic, Crazy 8 and BAM plus other great stores for those with something else in mind. My Son definitely Love the Mall Jump, we go there every time we come to the mall! And my husband Love Mr. Dunderbak's German Deli. There's also a play area down by BAM for the kids to just go crazy... read more
