Needs to teach employees customer manners. Went to go see Sanna first off the hours on the website to the hours they use are totally off he takes an hour and a half lunch and uses the restroom every 20 minutes and when you asked the lady that's doing the computer upfront by the pictures where Santa went she freaks out has an attitude I know it's a stressful time of year but this is Santa Claus and kids if you don't want to do it don't have at your mall.

I wish there was more to choose from in the food court.
It wasn't the mall but JCPenny portrait studio. Pictures were rushed because they ran late poses were not fixed so we ended up having to settle for pictures. #awful #pennys
We did Santa pictures....mall lacks eating place...needs a food court....but mall is nice and clean...

As a recent transplant from the lower Eastern Shore of Maryland I found the mall bright, festive and friendly. I loved the atmosphere of congeniality when conversing with sale clerks. I spent 15 minutes speaking with a gentleman selling calendars. I found what I was looking for. Btw I love the weather.
Still my favorite place to shop...There are local as well as national stores for everything....Clean and safe.....
