Horrible service ever. I arrived at 11:20am, anyone created a system to be in order. People never know his turn in the line outside. Takes me around 30min talk with the lady on the counter to get a number. Finally I get the number 5, after 36 minutes I just jump to the number 4. A lot of older people, handicapped and the ladies restroom still OUT OF SERVICE ☹️. So you have to wait hour and half without priority services People. Samantha was an absolute angel helping my boyfriend get his license and registration switched to Florida today. Absolutely the best DMV experience I’ve ever had. Extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to help us. We had to leave and come back with his car, shout out to the security guard (I didn’t get his name) for letting us straight through back to Samantha because he knew we saw her earlier. These employees deserve a raise. FIVE STARS!!!!
I needed to renew my plates this year. The DMV sent me a reminder with instructions on how to do the renewal online. The process was very simple and I received my tags in the mail very promptly.
