Hello my name is of course evident, but I was a cook at peggys country kitchen for almost a year. I walked out after a roach dropped in to the pancake batter and I got yelled at for throwing it away , the owner actually wanted to serve that to somone and that was the last straw..... there roach problem is out of control, not to mention his coolers go downs 2 times a week thaws all the food and refreezes and sells the food, I have gotten sick there so has a few of my friends,, they do not hold temps on soups, or anything for ... read more
