Constructively, I wish they were a little more "maintenance minded". They certainly fix the issue you bring to them, but you might be bringing it back next week for a different issue. I understand a lot of people don't want an upsell, and that's great when you can tell a shop 'just fix the one thing' and they don't argue. Nobody wants to be sold things they don't need.
