A place that is really trying to provide normalcy for some would be forgotten souls in the community. I stayed for 8 months over 15 years ago and can see nothing has changed. They stuffed 4 females in one small room on bunks. The women were bullying me but the staff told me they'll send me somewhere worse if I didn't stop making trouble. So all I did was lay in my bed facing the wall. I don't know how they got staff to think it was my fault. Oatmeal every morning. Small lunch and dinner. Banging loud on the door at 6am. I moved to Tijuana and couldn't be happier!
