I am a donator, initially contacting VOA to schedule a pickup of furniture. I was given a date and told I would be notified 24 hours prior to receive an arrival window. That did not happen. I called them and was told I’m at the end of the pickup list (go figure) and they would likely not get to me until later evening or night. This was fine with me.
