RecommendedI lived there for. A little over 2 years and i loved it there the view was beatiful i really didnt have any issues.
Did like living there at first but as time want on no repairs were made. Complaints to the management about neighbor's not cleaning up the animal feces that they allowed their pets to deposit on a lot that I pay rent on, have not been addressed satisfactorily enough to stop the behavior. I had random unknown" watch" people invading my private front deck. Neighbors threatening me with bodily harm and cursing me. Management did NOTHING. Home Sweet Home. Having friends and family over and we really enjoy the view.
It's my home. This place is neat, clean and has standards. The neighbors aren't pushy and keep to themselves. A safe place so far for my family and all kids I've noticed.
