I called ahead to confirm this clinic could treat rabbits in an emergency situation. They said bring Manskers in. He had been there one other time. When I arrived Dr. Dixon was not adequately prepared to provide the care my rabbit needed. He seemed more concerned about doing more than what needed in this straight forward emergency situation. I’ve been taking my animals here for 8 years. I was so surprised to see I haven’t left them a review yet. When my turtle had pneumonia, they were the only vets I trusted to treat him. He made a full recovery and the vets all doted over him, making me feel so reassured that I made the right choice with a vet. My current pets (2 cats and a dog) see this same vet. Had a bad experience but with communication we were able to come to a conclusion and the manager did everything in her power to satisfy my needs. We spent an entire day in communication with each other until the issue was resolved.
I highly recommend bringing your pets here. They take care of everything from the tiniest lizards to the largest dogs. The staff and doctors here go above and beyond for every animal that walks thru their front door. From the moment they enter, to the moment they leave and even after. They take the utmost care of not only the animals, but the pet parents as well. They answer any and all questions without hesitation. I don’t even really know where to start, but I had a real good experience at this vet clinic here in Hendersonville. I just moved up here from Mississippi so I wasn’t really sure where to take my dog, but I ended up bringing Copper in here and I’m glad I did. From the moment we walked in they were just real welcoming and didn’t make it feel all stiff or anything.They treated Copper real gentle, took their time with him and you could tell they actually cared.
