Volunteer turf sold me sod with rocks in it. When I called the office to ask if this was common practice the lady who answered the phone stated we don't have rocks in our sod. They have a certificate stating the sod isn't grown on rock soil. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she was it and hung up in my face. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
I called Volunteer Turf for sod on a Thursday after 3 days of good weather trying to beat the weather coming on Saturday. After explaining my desire for a CO and battle with the weather the folks at Volunteer cut my 16 pallets of Sod and delivered it to me that very evening. The driver worked til dark placing my Sod in all the right places and offered me some tips on install! This is how a company should be ran. Kind people not afraid of going the extra mile for their customers! Excellent Experience!
