And just noticed they are increasing the rates by $13/month which just so happens to be the exact amount of their protection plan. Don’t use this facility. A year ago they were under different management and were so easy to deal with and the gate was always secure. Not anymore.
Rented two storage units while we were building a new home. At first, providing my homeowners insurance was sufficient. Then they required the use of a verification app to submit your proof of insurance. I refused to use it because it wants all your personal information to sell. I provided management with a copy of my policy AGAIN. I pay high dollar for a cured location to put my stuff in comes to find out that the gate to the place stays open pretty much all the time they should not charge that much if the gate's gonna be open all the time
