The worst bank suff ever rude take money out account never going back
Garth Bentley is awesome to deal with on my business and my personal finances.
We had always had a great experience here until they made the switch a few months ago to Volunteer Bank. Now there seems to be a service charge on everything! We switched out of one account to another based off the recommendation of an employee, but the account we moved to has service charges as well! $5/month for a one page paper statement! Feel free to contact me regarding my concerns.
DO NOT BANK HERE. Horrible customer service. They NEVER do what they say they are going to do. I was referred here two years ago by my mother worse decision of my life. It has been nothing but pain and suffering along the way if you have a lot of money, do not bank here I set out to get a HELOC loan for my house so that I could afford to do house improvements a little bit at a time without using all of my savings at once.
