The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! He was contacted to replace my windshield & rear window on one car, also the rear window on another car. Both services were paid up front, as requested. Both appointments scheduled for one day. He proceeded to reschedule the repair about 3 or 4 times due to either weather or not having the correct parts. After about 3 weeks, I was finally told the window part I needed was on backorder. He said he would give me a partial refund due to the poor service, never received any refund at all! These guys hustled. Got my windshield replaced and definitely went the extra mile. I hope I never get another busted windshield, but if I do I'll be calling VSAG.
Above and Beyond excellent service! Great availability, handled with care, and great quality for an amazing price! Will be using in the future.
