The pharmacist took time to thoroughly explain the medication.
Got there at closing time. They already had the lights turned off. We pulled away as if we were leaving but they flagged us down. Still took care of us. I thought that was very kind. Shows they take good care of their customers.

My family has been blessed to be able get hard to find compounding services at volunteer pharmacy for years. When my niece was in elementary school she needed medication that didn't come in liquid form. She struggled with swallowing pills due to traumatic events as a child. They worked with my mom to compound medications for my niece. My mom and I both have a medication that has to be compounded and didn't have to search around to find somewhere to compound our medication.
Everyone is so extremely friendly and helpful. We lived in Hardin valley first and the moved to Rockford and I drove here to get my prescriptions. Then we moved back and I love these people. Six years we have been exclusively using Volunteer. It's seven years now and still getting the same amazing service!
