I wish I could give ZERO stars because that is what they have earned in my dealing with them. This government entity needs to be investigated for poor practices, unethical conduct, and more. Raising escrow amounts, resulting in my mortgage (fixed) going up twice within 20 months is not practical nor necessary. My homeowner's insurance has not gone up, so there's no reason for an increase in the escrow that they already, supposedly compensated for, and raised my mortgage for, not long ago. I can not say enough about Chris Williams! This is the second time we have used him for our mortgage loan and each time he was a rockstar! He worked so hard and was amazing at communication. He has helped us way more than expected and has truly shown himself to be a professional. I cannot say enough about him! Our process was a little bumpy due to things that were out of our control but even then Chris stayed calm and made sure everything was taken care of. What a relief it was to have him helping us along the way.

Elaine Reller did a terrific job getting my mortgage refinanced. She went above & beyond to ensure that all items were processed smoothly & quickly.
